Job Description

Our client, ranked as the best e-commerce site in its category – distribution of sports materials by Capital magazine in 2021 is expanding into the German market and is seeking the right candidate to drive this growth.

Reporting to the International Division, you will work with all departments on the following tasks:

  • Develop international sales in German-speaking markets (Germany and Austria).
  • Analyze KPIs and deliver reports on website performance (sales, margin, traffic, conversion rate, average basket, repeat business, etc.).
  • Develop brand awareness of the company.
  • Oversee and develop SEO traffic.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships.
  • Manage sales activities and operations (new products, sales, promotions, etc.) in line with objectives.
  • Implement digital and offline marketing activities (competitive games, influencer marketing, Instagram, advertising campaigns), co-branding, trade-marketing, etc.
  • Manage translation of online content.
  • Contribute to various site optimization projects (payment methods, deliveries, returns).
  • Manage CRM and emailing campaigns.
  • Play a coordinating role with various support departments (category management, marketing, customer service).
  • Develop local partnerships (events, influencers, etc.).

The main tools used will be Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Sparkow, and Dartagnan.

Ideal profile:

  • BAC+3/5 in engineering or business school (or university equivalent).
  • Native German/Austrian or you have an excellent level.
  • Familiar with SEO/SEA references and on-demand campaign activations.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Passionate about digital project management, e-commerce and international sales.
