Job Description

We are looking for a Repository Manager to join an operational team and guarantee the relevance and quality of our database.

As a Repository Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Request and receive data, describing the characteristics of charging stations for electric vehicles (API or flat files), from both French and European operators.
  • Use the ETL application to process data and check their consistency and quality.
  • Forward error reports to operators for correction.
  • Integrate static data into the internal database.
  • Ensure data quality and completeness by performing data quality checks.
  • You may generate queries to clarify and solve data ambiguities or inconsistencies.
  • You may produce data reports or graphs.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams depending on the matter at hand.
  • After a few months, contribute to specific projects aimed at improving the back-office performances or at implementing new services.
  • Recommend ways to improve working methods and tools. You will be encouraged to suggest improvements to our tools and methods.

Back-office Invoicing Manager

Although management of the database is the main part of the job, you may oversee producing invoices for clients. You therefore will be able to answer any question related to this activity.

Back-office Registered Agent

If you are not involved in the operational invoicing activity, you will be involved in another administrative service.

Required Profile

With at least a BAC+3 in information systems or production management, you have some initial experience (your work-study period is considered as experience) in data management, and you’ve loved it (e-commerce catalog, technical repositories, etc.). You will be able to demonstrate that you possess the following qualities and skills:

  • A highly analytical and rigorous mind
  • A culture of control, detail-oriented
  • Curiosity in your work
  • Comfortable handling files (Excel formulas, Power Query, or Power BI queries)
  • Knowledge and practice of SQL is an asset.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to listen and work as part of a team and to communicate in a multicultural environment.
  • Remuneration: according to profile + ½ transport card +luncheon vouchers
  • The possibility of teleworking up to 3 days a week.
